简介：1966年，中央工作会议结束后，陈毅请同志们到家中吃饭，看着满街的大字报，时任上海市委第一书记的陈丕显不禁回忆起自己与陈毅数十年的交往…… 　　1933年，红军主力部队撤离江西中央革命根据地后，陈毅率部分红军留在赣粤边山区坚持游击战争。 　　当时没有粮食、没有宿营地、没有药品、甚至没有盐，陈毅腿上还有枪伤，他将重伤员疏散到老百姓家中；在没有麻药的情况下，把腿绑在柱子上，自己用匕首挖去伤口中的烂肉和子弹头。 村民三娣子和四娣子姐妹让陈毅和陈丕显藏在自己家中，经常冒生命危险给红军送吃的。在一次国民党的围剿中，四娣子坚决不肯说出红军的去向，被活活烧死。 　　1942年，陈丕显受到不公正的批评，感到十分委屈，陈毅劝他把人民利益放到至高位置。当时陈毅也受着不白之冤，他的高风亮节、坦荡胸怀深深教育和鼓舞了陈丕显。 　　1952年，陈丕显调到上海工作，陈毅带他到棚户区，感受建设新上海的紧迫性，又鼓励他不为极左思想所动，一切以为人民谋福利为宗旨。 　　1966年，十年动乱开始了，陈丕显和一些主要负责人受到了冲击，开完中央工作会议后，他们到陈毅家中吃饭，席间气氛悲怆，陈毅勉励大家把一切交给人民、交给党。 　　1972年，陈毅逝世…… 　　改革开放之后，上海人民在黄浦江外滩为他树立了铜像；陈丕显携夫人来此凭吊，心潮澎湃，两人近半个世纪的生死患难之交，永不可分。…
