第3集:杀人事件

　　凌晨，天马贤三公寓来了两位邦警，从他们口中得知海尼曼院长以及奥本汉和波亚医生的死讯后，天马急忙赶回医院，此时艾斯勒医院已经乱做一团。而重点保护下的李贝特兄妹也神秘失踪。几天以后，海尼曼院长的葬礼在郊外公墓举行。葬礼结束后，天马遇到了北莱茵·西伐里亚邦警察查士巴哈和德国联邦调查局的伦克警官前来调查艾斯勒医院的杀人案件，并从伦克警官的叙述中得知三人的死因是食用了含有肌肉松弛剂的糖果。面对伦克警官咄咄逼人的态度，天马知道是因为自己和院长他们的紧张关系导致的警方的怀疑。身心俱疲的天马不禁想要回到日本，远离这个是非之地。艾斯勒医院因为院长的死亡不得不重新整顿医院人事，正打算辞职的天马在理事会议上突然被理事长任命为外科主任。不理会院长的命令而被降职的自己在想要远离权力作回医生本分时又一下子变的出人头地，身份的转变，搞的天马心中五味杂陈。艾玛失去了父亲这个靠山转而又向天马要求复合，而经历人生大起大落的天马也已看清现实，放弃了艾玛。天马还是接下了外科主任这个职位后，为病人尽心尽力，很快成为艾斯勒最受尊敬的医生。而海尼曼院长等被杀事件也因为证据不足而被搁置下来。一晃九年过去了，1995年克隆市内发现了一对中年夫妇的尸体，伦克警官负责这一案子，发现这于两年内全德国各邦发生的同类四起案件具有多处共同点，排除了强盗犯案的可能。而案子的关键在于一个“锁匠”——亚德夫·勇克斯。谁知几天以后，亚德夫因为车祸脑部重伤被送进医院。天马医生被请来为亚德夫主刀，伦克警官同天马再一次相遇。在伦克的推理中，所有的疑点都集中在院长死后飞黄腾达的天马身上。而手术后逐渐恢复意识的亚德夫不断的喃呢着：“怪物来了……”
