第7集:醉接梅花腿

灵隐寺的长老圆寂之后，济公终于被广亮和尚逐出了山门，此处不留人，自有留人处。净慈寺的德辉长老收留了济公，并委任以书记僧的重任。济公尊长老法旨，烧水沐浴，洗去身上尘垢，更衣换帽更显得焕然一新，从此济公又在净慈作出一番事业。当地有个特别贪财的恶霸叫赵天鹏，他手下有一个管家，非常仗势欺人。管家提出让赵天鹏向路人索要过桥费，放了两个大箱子，让路人向那里投钱。绍兴的信男信女因此路上被阻，垄断了净慈寺的香火。济公施法术，令钱箱着火，赵天鹏慌忙把自己的右脚放进去灭火，结果一条腿变成了铜钱铸的。临安名医李茂春也束手无策，他建议去找净慈寺的道济和尚。济公被请来给恶霸治病，惟一的办法就是换腿，在场所有下人的腿都不合适，唯独管家的。管家没有办法只好照办了，于是赵天鹏的腿换好了，可是管家的腿没有了，济公就把狗的右后腿换给了管家，从此以后，人们将仗势欺人、为虎作伥的人称之为“狗腿子”。这时，济公正在用泥搓一条像狗腿的泥巴，对身边卧着的狗说：“你呀我也不会亏待的，给你捏条泥腿，你就将就着用吧。”至于狗呢，撒尿的时候总要翘起一条腿，那就是因为这条腿是济公用泥做的。
