深夜MitchellLoeb带领4个手下使用（第8集里最后完成的仪器）固体穿越机穿透墙壁，从银行保险柜中窃取出一个铁箱，但意外发生，一名同伴被卡在了墙壁中，MitchellLoeb果断结果了他。事件引来FBI，而奥莉维亚发现自己认识死者，但实际那却是约翰的记忆。沃尔特从带回的尸体样本中发现了微量辐射，说明使用该设备的人都受到了辐射伤害。彼得在和奥莉维亚聊天中意外发现几起盗窃案的保险箱号码和沃尔特的梦话有联系，而沃尔特也回忆起被盗的保险箱是自己在23年前存入的——里面存放的是可穿越（时空）的机器部件。最后Jonse被从德国监狱被‘传送’到了波士顿，但是奥莉维亚被绑架了。
