迪恩在丛林里惊慌地奔跑，后面似乎有什么东西在追杀他。接下来听到HellHound的低吼，迪恩被树枝绊倒在地上，HellHound向他扑了过来，迪恩从恶梦中惊醒。距离迪恩与恶魔的交易结束还有30小时，萨姆向迪恩发誓自己会不惜一切救回他。鲍比制作了个可以找到恶魔下落的仪器，测出了Lilith的所在地。萨姆想召唤露比，利用露比的魔刀杀死Lilith，但迪恩坚决反对，他不希望萨姆再为了他受伤害。萨姆还是偷偷召唤了露比，露比说她可以教会萨姆对付Lilith的方法，萨姆很是心动，但这时迪恩赶到，和露比动手打了起来，最后将露比困住，兄弟两得到了她的刀。萨姆、迪恩和鲍比出发去找Lilith，迪恩发现自己可以看到恶魔们本来的面目。Lilith附身在一个小女孩身上，并控制了她的家人，周围的邻居都是恶魔。萨姆和迪恩正要进屋时，露比赶到，正当他们争吵之际，恶魔们蜂拥而至，幸好鲍比及时用圣水阻隔住它们。萨姆正要动手杀死小女孩时，孩子惊醒，迪恩拦住了他，原来Lilith已经不在她身上。12点的钟声响起，大家封锁门窗以阻止HellHound，露比总是想要回她的刀，迪恩忽然发现她不是露比，而是Lilith。Lilith控制住了萨姆，然后打开了门，HellHound跑进来撕扯迪恩的身体，咬死了迪恩，当她想对萨姆痛下杀手时，萨姆却毫发无损，她再也无法控制住萨姆，萨姆举起了刀，未等刀落，Lilith逃出了露比的身体。萨姆抱着迪恩残破的尸体悲痛欲绝，与此同时，迪恩在地狱里被折磨，撕心裂肺地哀号着萨姆的名字。
