第3集:病人逝世祁乐伤心

祁乐被景臣责骂，指她调错病人药单却不肯认错；祁乐坚称自己是听从景臣指示，没有做错，所以不会道歉。志明觉得无需要小事化大，直指祁乐应该向景臣道歉，但羡花则认為，不能每次都由护士负责，她要求景臣道歉。

景臣指自己做了十年医生，一定不会犯错；羡花指很多医生都会犯错，最终都是由护士处理，她要求大伟力撑到底，维护护士尊严。羡花发起按章工作，不再帮医生处理额外的事，誓要為护士争取公道。

日俊处理虐儿案

资深顾问医生戴利群知道护士的行动，并将召开医护大会，深感不满，指一定要阻止他们的行动，否则有机会影响医疗质素；日俊则指护士都有表达意见的权利，医生应该参与大会互相沟通。病房内，很多人对护士行动都有不同意见。健康助理员苏玉莲指责祁乐搞事，不应分化医生和护士；但病人何伯却支持祁乐的行动。

日俊收到儿童受伤个案，诊断后怀疑是虐儿事件，他与芷君商讨后，决定将小孩留院检查。日俊发现芷君把对晓晴的感情，投影在受虐儿童身上，令整个人变得相当激动，失去专业判断能力。

高勛知道祁乐不开心，特别拍了短片来逗她。但高勛的母亲利群直斥祁乐只是学护，不应挑起事端，否则将来难以与医生合作，祁乐回应指只想為自己取回公道。

芷君担心女儿情况

学护们都一致支持按章工作，认為医生一向对护士无礼，经常呼呼喝喝，今次正好表达不满。她们约了当时在场的实习医生金雅恩出来，询问此事，要求雅恩说出真相，还祁乐清白。雅恩怕得罪景臣，欲言又止，但内心又不停挣扎。

芷君发现女儿晓晴的玩具全部支离破碎，担心她是否患有情绪问题，芷君坦言会与女儿一同面对。日俊知道后，即介绍心理专家给芷君。

医护双方召开大会，商讨解决按章工作一事，但双方都不肯让步，认為错不在自己。志明怕这样争持下去，最终只是病人受害，欲取消祁乐的学护资格，以平息事件。利群赞同这个决定，大伟亦无话可说。就在最后一刻，雅恩却有话要说。

欲与母亲倾诉心事

何伯病情恶化，最终抢救无效。祁乐第一次面对病人死亡，非常伤心，脑海中不断回忆与何伯的相处片段。火火教祁乐要尽快平復心情，因為身為护士，必须经常面对生死，不要被情绪影响工作，况且，还有很多病人需要照顾。祁乐见到何婆婆，她们一同观看何伯生前的影片，二人都非常难过，相拥而泣。

祁乐父祁仁酷爱外星文明，他尝试用特别的方法与外星人沟通，祁乐於是借助这个方式，向何伯道谢。祁仁察觉女儿有心事欲以开解，但祁乐借意走开。祁乐透过无线电与「母亲」沟通，她想把在医院内发生的事情，包括所受的委屈、被志明欺负，还有何伯之死一一向母亲倾诉，并深信母亲的声音才是最好的安慰。
