行刑日期到来，白正擎被一伙警察押到刑场上，许多看热闹的百姓不明就理认定白正擎是汉奸死有余辜，石头在百姓们的叫骂声中来到刑场上亲自为白正擎戴上一个黑色头罩。白正擎虽然是被石头陷害，但至始至终没有责骂石头一句话。石头为白正擎蒙上了头，蒋心与盛介文闻讯赶来阻拦石头枪杀石头，盛介文趁着蒋心跟石头谈话来到白正擎身边，白正擎已被蒙上头罩即将被枪毙，盛介文压低声音提醒白正擎按他的要求倒在地上不要起来，白正擎按照盛介文的要求倒在地上，有人扔了一个假手雷到现场吓散人群，旭官趁机蒙着头罩拔腿就跑，石头见蒙着头罩的旭官逃跑，还以为是白正擎趁着混乱逃离刑场。盛介文在混乱中与阿煞救走了白正擎，石头浑然不知带着一伙警察向旭官追去，旭官逃到树林里面被石头开枪打中腿部跪在地上，正在不远处奔跑的白正擎见旭官遇险，心中一急向旭官跑了过去，盛介文与阿煞一见情况不妙赶紧强行将白正擎摁倒在地上，白正擎被两人摁在地上无法动弹，旭官跪在不远处背对石头，石头以为旭官是白正擎，脸上升起杀气举枪对准旭官，旭官至始至终没有说一句话，为了制造白正擎被炸死的假象，旭官从身上掏出一枚手雷拉燃引线被炸死在当场。藏在不远处的白正擎目睹旭官被炸死，心如刀割狠不得冲上前找石头报仇，盛介文与阿煞死死摁住白正擎，蒋心赶了过来提醒两人赶紧转移白正擎。夜幕降临，白正擎来到旭官遇害的树林中祭拜旭官，旭官跟随白正擎多年死在石头手中，白正擎心情失落为旭官去世而难过。日军入侵中国残害百姓，白正擎等人得到一些百姓被日军残害的相片，相片中的景象触目惊心，白正擎与盛介文等人看完相片决定跟日军斗争替百姓们讨还公道。日军已经入侵中国一些省份，蒋心坐在办公室跟白正擎商量赠送物资支援国家抗日，白正擎拿起放在蒋心面前的一些相片仔细查看，相片中全是中国百姓被日军炮火残害的场景，蒋心愁眉不展担心日军残害更多的中国百姓。石头虽然在不久之前跟松本合作陷害白正擎，但不赞成松本的国家残害中国百姓，松本一副不以为然的模样劝说石头当汉奸为日本人办事，石头面色坚定不肯当日本人的走狗。石头与松本发生矛盾之时，春花在日本人的陪同下来到房间里面，石头见春花被日本人带了进来，脸上升起愤怒将春花拉到身边。
