余东风等人无奈之下准备强攻，却遇到了前来营救参谋长的高萍等人。高萍制止了余东风的鲁莽行为，高萍得知参谋长被转移到了医院，决定去医院救人。而余东风忽然来了灵感，让伪军军官给赵志毅送情报，赵志毅于当晚吞下碎玻璃假装自杀。左竹真一不敢怠慢，赶紧安排人护送赵志毅去城里的日军医院。余东风和高萍几人混进了医院救人，在找人过程中，高萍被拉去给加藤少将打针，高萍拿起针头硬着头皮给日本军官打了一针，加藤少将反倒夸高萍打针感觉很好，就在高萍给加藤打针的时候，她无意间听到了左竹真一和加藤的谈话，谈话间透露出的信息是日军似乎掌握了孙凯师长和贺闻达见面的情报。与此同时，余东风等人找不到赵志毅的病房，眼看断电时间就到了，三人决定来硬的。他们悄悄的溜进了一个医生的房间，逼着医生说出了赵志毅病房的下落。三人来到赵志毅的病房，却发现门口守卫森严，守备的日军不让余东风等人靠近，负责守卫的军官看出来三人有问题。高萍之前安排剪掉医院电线的人在外面收到日军攻击，众人都在焦急得等待时机，就在逼不得已必须动手时，外面的电线被剪断，高萍等人趁乱先带着魏参谋长出去，余东风带着赵志毅等人杀了出来，高萍开车来接应。在车上魏参谋得知余东风等人是八路军时，开始担心自己叛变的事情会不会露馅。
