演艺经历
艾米·阿克出生达拉斯，父亲是一名律师。她是家里四个孩子中的大姐。艾米有着13年的学习芭蕾、现代舞和爵士舞的经历，高中结束后，她进入了一所在南部的卫理公会派教徒大学，开始学习戏剧表演。
艾米是一名美丽而出色的演员，除在美剧《疑犯追踪》中扮演Root外，也曾在《傲骨贤妻》、《玩偶特工》、《13号仓库》、《童话镇》等众多美剧中有过演出。
她最为著名的角色之一，是乔斯·韦登作为联合制作人的著名美剧《天使》(Angel)中的Fred，一名美丽温柔又富个性的女科学家；同时她又扮演了复苏的古代神祗Illyria，两者都令观众印象深刻。
而在乔斯·韦登的最新电影《无事生非》中她出演女主角Beatrice。和她演对手戏的，是昔日在Angel一剧中扮演她恋人的AlexisDenisof，了却了众多旧日影迷的心愿。
2017年3月，她确定加盟剧版《X战警》出演女主角凯特·斯图尔特。她将于与《真爱如血》男主角史蒂芬·莫耶组成夫妻档。凯特夫妇意外发现自己的孩子们具有超能力，为了躲避政府对变种人的追捕，一家人踏上了漫漫逃亡路，并加入了一个地下变种人组织。
