个人生活

个人生活2012年龚嘉欣与相差16岁的邓健泓拍拖，但相处后觉得不行也没办法，两人也各自花心思努力工作，恋情只维持了两年，龚嘉欣跟邓健泓分手后，换了相处方式，还保持好关系，即使搬家，邓健泓也有帮忙。龚嘉欣没有回避也没觉得可惜。龚嘉欣表示：在恋爱经验中有所收获，就算恋爱失败导致分手也好，因为龚嘉欣会从中学会如何面对伤痛。自己会用有成绩，有努力的业绩来证明给别人看有些报道是不真实的。兴趣：唱歌、跳舞、排球

2005年，龚嘉欣就读保良局李城璧中学，16岁时经朋友介绍成为杂志硬照模特儿，中五会考後转读遵理学校荃湾分校，又在香港演艺学院戏剧学院修读文凭一年级，并加入有线电视於体育台及财经资讯台担任主持约两年。[1]2010年，在龚嘉欣第二套剧集《情越双白线》中，获得了郑则仕的指导。2011年，龚嘉欣在《拳王》剧集中演绎“小三”。[2013年在《师傅明白了》剧中，龚嘉欣客串一个悲情角色，每次出场都是哭不停。
