演艺经历

2017年4月17日，与鹿晗、古力娜扎合作出演的古装奇幻剧《择天记》在湖南卫视播出，饰演离山剑宗的弟子关飞白 。

2018年6月15日，出演的民国传奇剧《南烟斋笔录》杀青 ；6月18日，与杨幂、阮经天合作出演的古装爱情剧《扶摇》首播，在剧中饰演太渊国泉都宗子轩辕旻 ；11月6日，出演的民国剧《恨君不似江楼月》在横店开机 。

2019年7月24日，参演的电竞题材青春励志剧《全职高手》在腾讯视频独播，他在剧中饰演中草堂工会第十区会长车前子 ；同年，出演古装爱情剧《玉昭令》 。

2020年3月3日，出演的古装玄幻剧《无心法师Ⅲ》开播，饰演一代名伶万玉卿 ；5月18日，与赵露思、丁禹兮合作主演的古装甜宠轻喜剧《传闻中的陈芊芊》在腾讯视频首播，他在剧中饰演教坊司头牌苏沐 ；5月28日，与罗云熙、陈钰琪合作主演的古装武侠励志爱情剧《月上重火》播出，在剧中饰演谋略千里的鲁王薛烈 ；同年，出演古装网络剧《皓衣行》，饰演踏雪宫公子梅寒雪 。

个人生活

2011年，权沛伦在新加坡拉萨尔艺术学院（LASALLE College of the Arts）学习绘画，在国外留学的他，偶然看到了电影《等风来》，便有了拍戏的念头，并想在镜头前记录自己的青春点滴，就这样他开始往影视圈发展 。

权沛伦曾经以绘画作品《四兽》与时尚芭莎电影组合作 。除此之外，在古装武侠剧《月上重火》中，也有他创作的《盘龙潜凤》扇面 。
