2014年1月，随父亲于晓雪参与中央电视台综艺频道的《舞蹈世界》节目录制，表演《东北秧歌》 。

2017年，与家人合作表演的舞蹈在中央电视台《舞蹈嘉年华》节目播出。

2018年，参演湘商题材电视剧，饰演恒顺油号商人杨二江 。

2019年，与吴镇宇，张静初共同参与由优酷推出的年轻演员片场生存真人秀节目《演技派》，同年12月，与经超，沈梦辰共同出演由路奇执导的古装历史剧《血盟千年》，剧中饰演十九 。

2020年5月，与姚晨，白宇共同出演由姚晓峰执导的都市情感喜剧《假日暖洋洋》 ；同年，与王鹤棣，周也共同主演的青春励志剧《我们的西南联大》，剧中饰丁小五 。

2021年4月13日，主演的古装武侠剧《武当一剑》播出，饰演男一号耿玉京 。
