2003年2月11日，张星特出生于浙江省，由于父母在内蒙古工作，所以他小时候一直由爷爷照顾。而张星特从小便喜欢唱歌和打篮球 ，并学习了吉他与钢琴 ，有时也会在网上的音乐平台唱歌 。
