八路军开进青岛城，全城老百姓无分男女老幼，全部在街道上夹道欢迎八路军，人人洋溢着抗战胜利后欢乐的笑容，谢虎等人也在人群中感受着欢乐的气氛。八路军进入日军司令部受降，清点日军武器弹药，将所有日军战犯具名造册，谢虎等人也协助管理维持秩序，但是一直到所有事情交接完成，还是没有看到板垣的下落。谢虎等人审问日军军官，得知板垣杀死神谷及众军官后，就下落不明。谢虎等人急忙通知李政委和高副司令，众人认定板垣正雄一定会想办法逃回日本，于是谢虎等人急忙赶往码头截堵。一片慌乱的码头，到处挤满了想搭最后一班船回日本的日本侨民，谢虎等人只好在人海中四处搜寻，终于眼尖的谢虎发现了板垣的身影，急忙追了上去，乔装的板垣见无法在躲藏，与谢虎等三人大打出手。双方都明白多年来的恩恩怨怨在这个最后的时刻，也都应该做个清算，谢虎三人各自使出混身解数，在码头上拼个你死我活，最终板垣被三人打死，给所有死去的同志报仇，了却了谢虎等人的一桩心愿。根据地旁的一块烈士墓地，谢虎等人将童赫娴与黄鸣风葬在一起，沐荀菲与陆迎川葬在一起，孤零零的小刀独自葬在一旁，此时林无剑拿出一封沙拉波娃寄来给小刀的信，念完后在小刀坟前烧掉，宋无娇在廖天生的墓前喃喃低语，抗战胜利了，我跟你的这一段情就随着这段抗战的日子一起逝去吧！谢虎则在田菊花的墓前，郑重的告诉田菊花，他会好好照顾虎娃，虎娃一辈子都会是他谢虎的儿子。谢虎林无剑宋无娇三人此时脑海中，都是死去的人生前的音容笑貌.......在高副司令与李政委的安排下，宋无娇与林无剑有情人终成眷属，在根据地举行了婚礼。新婚后的第二天，谢虎新婚的两人，房间里只留下一封信，抗战胜利了，我们决定离开，剩下的日子我们将浪迹天涯。谢虎追出村外想要给两人送行，但是已经追不上了，一群百姓在路上聚集，谢虎走近一看，只见一位老人在人群中说起了抗日奇侠的快板书。谢虎和众人一起听着快板，和大伙乐成一团。
