第33集:瑞年淑娟被俘

高丽华觉得李副政委李有泉对她有意思，心里觉得别扭，想让甘子风和她去领结婚证，就算不成功，也能告诉大家自己是有对象的人。甘子风虽然想娶高丽华，但一直碍于共产党里不成文的规定，不答应和高丽华现在结婚。

甘子风得到情报，自从孙良化死后，李海潮部队从历城调往到冠州城。甘子风有意让瑞年利用和李海潮那一层亲戚关系策反李海潮。瑞年知道李海潮贪生怕死，就算李海潮策反成功，李海潮对于八路军来说也没什么用，但为了冠州城的百姓，为了婉如和未谋面的外甥，瑞年决定亲自到冠州策反李海潮。

瑞年和淑娟假扮成一对日本夫妇前往冠州城。到了城门处时，瑞年意外的看到了日本士兵。淑娟不由惊慌起来，瑞年镇定自若的应付着那名日本士兵，为了转移日本鬼子对证件的主意，假装不慎掉落了银时计。那名日本士兵见到那块银时计后，立马对瑞年毕恭毕敬的行了礼，仅草草的扫视了一下证件。当瑞年和淑娟心里松了一口气的时候，近藤敏夫带领着日军突然出现在瑞年的后方。

近藤敏夫将瑞年和淑娟押到自己的司令部，叫上李海潮一起，设宴款待瑞年和淑娟。瑞年看出近藤敏夫又是想劝降自己，毫不委婉的向近藤敏夫表明，自己是不会投靠日本人，总有一天中国军队会将日本鬼子赶出中国的领土。并且直言不讳的警告李海潮，早日弃暗投明，不要再做汉J。近藤敏夫一向知道瑞年的固执，本就不抱太大的把握。近藤敏夫将情况报告给筱冢乙三后，筱冢乙三让近藤敏夫将瑞年押到历城，把瑞年枪毙。
