红喜(刘丹 饰)觉得在这个社会中已经没有了一点生的意义，咬紧牙关任由冯狗子(孙一理 饰)毒打，最终也没有吐漏一点关于云翠的事，因此被黑旋风(张会忠 饰)活活打死，后令冯狗子抛尸灭迹。知到了程宝庆没来为自己唱戏的姜仁(马文忠 饰)又自拟了份歌词来逼程宝庆出唱片，并让手下强行带走了宝庆。但程宝庆在刘巡长(张双利 饰)的配合下以牺牲八角鼓为代价装疯卖傻博得了李义(马君 饰)和手下的信任，成功脱身回了家。为了不让母亲再收孙来喜(祝士彬 饰)的毒打，大娟在流浪了多日之后终于回了家，看到了伤痕累累的母亲很是心痛，决定答应了棺材铺纪家公子的婚事。程娘子(马以 饰)背着宝庆去了岳母大人家看望为自己的生活气病了的母亲，但谈及和程宝庆分开的事时，程娘子毅然决然的离开了。国民政府的接受大员姜仁的手下冒充记者来龙须沟找程疯子(李成儒 饰)。但好在二春(闫婕 饰)和小妞子(张子枫 饰)的极力劝说下，才没和程疯子见着面，没带走宝庆。好心的刘巡长也前来阻拦，沟通中并误认为此记者是八路军，随后将其赶出小院，并将情况连夜报告给了国民政府外五局局长李义。李义得知后与恶霸黑旋风共商此事，决定求助黑旋风之力暗中解决这伙儿人。黑旋风应允并立马带人来到了龙须沟。周旅长的太太依旧让丁四(杨平友 饰)去接戏子杨老板，但这次杨老板没能来，并以病相推，怎想到周太太(于小慧 饰)(于小惠 饰)决定自己亲自起程去看望杨老板。
